What does the Essential Wellness Panel include?
A complete blood count, a comprehensive metabolic panel with eGFR, a lipid panel, HbA1c, TSH, iron and TIBC, phosphorus, magnesium, LDH, GGT, alkaline phosphatase and uric acid. That is 51 biomarkers in total.
Do I need a doctor's order?
Not for eligible tests. Arizona law lets you order your own lab tests directly, so you can order online or walk in without a referral.
Do I need to fast?
Some tests are more accurate when fasting. Open the test on our tests page to see how to prepare, or ask our team before your visit.
How often should I get a panel?
Many people repeat a baseline panel once a year, or more often when tracking a specific concern. Ask your healthcare provider what is right for you.
How long do results take?
Most routine blood tests are typically ready in 24 to 72 hours. Ask our team about your specific test.
What does it cost in total?
The panel price plus a $15 blood draw fee at checkout. The Essential Wellness Panel is $129 + $15 = $144. We are self-pay only and do not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
