3. Appointments and Walk-ins

You can schedule an appointment online or visit us as a walk-in. Please note that while we strive to accommodate walk-ins, appointments are prioritized.

4. Test Results

Results from most tests are available within 2-3 business days. Rapid testing results may be available within minutes. All test results are confidential and will only be shared with the patient or authorized third parties, such as employers, as per legal requirements.

5. Payment and Pricing

Service fees are payable at the time of testing. ExpressCare Labs does not currently accept insurance but is actively working on credentialing. Payment methods include credit cards and cash. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during the testing process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of providing the requested services.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExpressCare Labs is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We strive to provide accurate and timely results, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of all test results and are not liable for any errors or delays.

In cases where inaccuracies are directly due to our oversight, ExpressCare Labs will take appropriate remedial actions, which may include retesting at no extra cost to the client or providing refunds or credits where applicable. We encourage all users to ensure that the health information provided is accurate and to follow all preparation instructions for tests to help minimize the risk of errors.

 

8. Refund Policy

All services are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If a service is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to accommodate rescheduling at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services and website signifies your acceptance of any changes to these terms.
