1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing expresscarelabs.com or using any services provided by ExpressCare Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

ExpressCare Labs provides direct-access diagnostic and occupational health laboratory testing services in Phoenix, Arizona. Our services include blood and hormone testing, drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, STD testing, TB and immunity titer testing, and related occupational health services.

Not Medical Advice: All content and services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Test results should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Self-Pay Services

ExpressCare Labs is a self-pay laboratory. We do not accept or bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. All sales are final; refunds are provided at management's discretion.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate personal and health information. Inaccurate information may affect test results or cause delays. ExpressCare Labs is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate patient-provided information.

5. Lab Results & Limitations

Test results are provided as-is. Lab testing is subject to inherent biological and analytical variability. Results should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional in the context of your full medical history. ExpressCare Labs does not interpret, diagnose, or prescribe treatment based on test results.

6. Drug Testing Services

Drug testing services are provided in compliance with applicable federal (49 CFR Part 40 for DOT) and state regulations. All collection procedures follow chain-of-custody protocols. Non-negative results are subject to confirmatory testing at a SAMHSA-certified laboratory and Medical Review Officer review per applicable regulations.

7. Employer Accounts

Employers using ExpressCare Labs for workplace drug testing agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Arizona Drug Testing of Employees Act (ARS 23-493). Employers are responsible for maintaining compliant drug-free workplace policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpressCare Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
