Which titers do I need?
It depends on your program, employer or civil surgeon. Ask them for the exact list, then order those tests. We can run MMR, varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap and TB (QuantiFERON) tests, alone or in bundles.
Will my program accept a titer instead of vaccine records?
Many programs accept a positive titer as proof of immunity, but rules vary. Confirm with your program, employer or civil surgeon before you order.
Do I need a doctor's order?
Not for eligible tests. Arizona law lets you order your own lab tests directly. If your program gives you a form, bring it with you.
Why a TB blood test instead of a skin test?
The QuantiFERON blood test takes one visit and is not affected by a prior BCG vaccination, unlike the skin test, which can give a false positive. Check that your program accepts it.
What if a titer shows no immunity?
Talk to a healthcare provider about next steps, such as vaccination. We provide the lab testing.
How long do results take?
Results are typically ready in 24 to 72 hours. Ask our team if you have a deadline.
What does it cost in total?
The test price plus a $15 blood draw fee at checkout. For example, MMRV + Hep B + QuantiFERON is $235 + $15 = $250. We are self-pay only and do not bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
