Do I need a doctor's order?
Not for eligible tests. Arizona law lets you order your own lab tests directly, so you can order online or walk in without a referral.
Do you take insurance?
No. We are self-pay only and do not bill insurance, which keeps every price transparent. The price you see on each test is the price you pay. HSA and FSA cards are accepted as payment.
How does ordering work?
Add one or more tests to your cart and check out online, or walk in. We collect your sample at 2525 W Greenway Rd, Ste 225, Phoenix, Monday to Friday 8AM–4PM. Online checkout accepts major cards, including HSA and FSA cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay and Afterpay.
Is there a blood draw fee?
A $15 venipuncture fee is added at checkout only when your order includes a blood test.
How long do results take?
Most routine blood tests are typically ready in 24 to 72 hours. Some take longer: urine cultures usually take 2 to 5 business days, and send-out tests can take 10 to 14 business days. Ask our team about your specific test.
Which titers do I need for school, work or immigration?
Requirements vary by program, employer or civil surgeon, so ask them which tests they require. We can run MMR, MMRV, Hepatitis B, Tdap and TB (QuantiFERON) tests, alone or in bundles.
Do you offer DOT and employer drug testing?
Yes. We offer DOT and workplace urine, hair and breath testing. We are an FMCSA-registered C/TPA with SAMHSA-certified lab partners.
Do I need to fast?
Some tests do. Each test lists how to prepare, and our team can tell you before your visit.
